Goals:
-Study, identification, and prioritization of issues and training, research demands of handmade carpet artisan with cooperation of executive systems, experts, researchers, publicists, producers, traders, service providers and their related associations,

-Necessary research and studies to alleviate problems, insufficiencies and constraints on the way of handmade carpet artisan in economic-commercial, social-managerial, cultural-artistic, and technical aspects through researchers or real-legal entities; preservation and promotion of this industry via researchers in the center or other real-legal entities out of the center,

-Efforts to develop knowledge and technology of handmade carpet in Iran
